2. Hand them the Referral Card below or tell them to mention your name at their first appointment.
3. New patients must schedule a New Patient Exam with us.
4. When they come in for their visit, you will earn a referral reward.
So be sure your friend brings the Referral Card to their first visit or tells our front desk staff that you have referred them.
We tally all referrals and will contact you about the referral reward earned.
